The final interview is conducted with senior executives or management. This stage evaluates the candidate’s personality, attitude, cultural fit, and long-term growth potential through a comprehensive review.

Successful candidates will be contacted individually. They will be guided through the contract process and required to submit the necessary documents for onboarding. Once completed, they will officially become a part of the JINCOSTECH team.
